Tired of PT That Doesn't Get You Back to Sport?

Most clinics treat your symptoms — and send you home with a generic exercise sheet. You deserve more than that.

You're Stuck in a Revolving Door

You've tried rest, ice, and even other PT clinics — but the pain keeps coming back. Without addressing the root cause, you're just managing symptoms, not solving the problem.

Your Recovery Doesn't Match Your Goals

Generic rehab programs aren't designed for athletes. If your PT doesn't understand your sport, your position, or your performance demands, you risk returning too early — or not at all.

You're Losing More Than Just Playing Time

Every week on the sideline means lost fitness, lost confidence, and lost momentum. The longer the wait, the harder the comeback. Your body needs a plan built for performance — not just pain relief.

Real Results

"As a 68-year-old athletic woman, I was deeply frustrated by a nagging back injury that radiated around my hip. From the very first session, it was clear this was not 'regular' physical therapy. Dr. Bryant has an exceptional understanding of the body and designed a personalized program that allowed me to return to my modified yoga practice. This is not your typical physical therapy clinic — it's truly performance-focused care."

I came to Bryant with patella tendinitis, and thanks to his expertise, my knee is now completely healed. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to tailor each session to my needs. Bryant also provides daily exercises to continue strengthening at home, which has been invaluable to my recovery.

I connected with Dr. Bryant at Crossover PT & Performance a couple of months before a marathon I was training for. He performed a thorough assessment, evaluating internal and external rotation and range of motion in both hips to identify weaknesses and compensations. The results have been excellent—my hip mobility and strength have improved significantly.

I work an office job and I am sitting most of the day, I'm not a professional athlete, but I do lift regularly and noticed issues in my hip forming. First session at Crossover, he was able to diagnose what was going on and give me a strategy on what we could do to fix it. It has been amazing. My warm-ups are better, I feel like I'm moving better, and I love that it's science based.
