Crossover Physical Therapy & Performance ("Crossover PTP," "we," "us," or "our") offers a Marketing SMS text messaging program to share promotions, special offers, and updates about our services with patients and prospective clients who opt in.

We use the information collected through SMS to send marketing and promotional messages about our services, including special offers and updates related to our Return-to-Sport Evaluation. We do not use your mobile number or SMS content for purposes unrelated to Crossover PTP's own services.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
