Program Name: Crossover Physical Therapy & Performance — Marketing SMS
Crossover PTP's Marketing SMS program sends promotional text messages about our services, including special offers and updates related to our Return-to-Sport Evaluation. Message content relates solely to Crossover PTP's own services. We do not send messages on behalf of unrelated third parties through this program.
You may opt in to this program by submitting your phone number through our online form and checking the Marketing SMS consent box. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Crossover PTP.
Message frequency varies.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
