When Knee Pain Won't Go Away, Everything Else Suffers

You're an athlete—you can't afford to sit on the sidelines waiting for knee pain to magically disappear.

You're Afraid This Injury Means the End

Every time your knee aches, you wonder if you'll ever play at the same level again. The fear of permanent damage keeps you up at night, and you're terrified of losing the sport you love.

Cookie-Cutter PT Isn't Cutting It

You've tried the traditional route—15-minute sessions, generic exercises, shared attention with multiple patients. But your knee needs more than a one-size-fits-all approach to get you back to cutting, jumping, and competing.

Every Day Off Is Mentally Draining

Being sidelined isn't just physical—it's mentally exhausting. You're watching teammates improve while you're stuck doing basic exercises, wondering when you'll be cleared to return to training at full intensity.

I connected with Dr. Bryant at Crossover PT & Performance a couple of months before a marathon I was training for. He performed a thorough assessment, evaluating internal and external rotation and range of motion in both hips to identify weaknesses and compensations. The results have been excellent—my hip mobility and strength have improved significantly.

I work an office job and I am sitting most of the day, I'm not a professional athlete, but I do lift regularly and noticed issues in my hip forming. First session at Crossover, he was able to diagnose what was going on and give me a strategy on what we could do to fix it. It has been amazing. My warm-ups are better, I feel like I'm moving better, and I love that it's science based.

At Crossover Physical Therapy & Performance we understand what it means to be an athlete and the happiness the sport or activity can give a person. We have also been injured before and have gone to the traditional “cookie cutter” physical therapy clinic. After the first 30 minutes you can already tell that this isn’t the place for you if I wanted to get better and return to playing your sport. Unfortunately, those clinics are unable to give you the time and quality of care that you deserve to get you back to what you love to do.  We will always provide 1:1 sessions so we are able to give you the best experience in your journey to returning to your sport.

We bridge the gap between physical therapy and sports performance through evaluating where you are in your injury process and building a plan together to get you to where you want to be. We want to help you crossover from your injury to your sport.
